NATIONAL: We receive cuts daily from various slaughterhouses in northern Italy that are still hot, which we resell as is or boneless and distributed in vacuum, skin or protective atmosphere.
FOREIGN:We resell cuts from Germany and Austria, either as is or boned and distributed in vacuum, skin or protective atmosphere.
We resell various cuts of both fresh and frozen poultry, rabbit, ungulates, and Slovenian small game.
NATIONAL: In the periods around Easter and Christmas we resell half-carcasses, quarters and anatomical cuts under vacuum.
FOREIGN: Throughout the year we resell anatomical cuts from Great Britain.
We resell anatomical cuts from local, domestic and foreign horsemeat producers.
